About 1.05

Hello Johannes,

I have a minor problem with the 1.04 and 1.05 updates.
When I load and build a project, only the default terrain is shown on the main screen.
I need to refresh the screen (go to Terrain panel, back to Project panel) to see the true final terrain.

that is not so good. Looks like a version 1.06 is needed. I first thought, just wait today, there might appear another problem.
I will have a look and fix it.

first a work around: Just click "rebuild", with the last layer selected, that is the fastest way.
I also see now, that while building the terrains between are not shown.

I have a similar problem, though it only shows in 1.05.
After loading a project (.gcs/.gts) the main screen keeps showing the default terrain. This disappears however after clicking on the 'Terrain' or 'Terrain Shape' tab, than the loaded project terrain shows.
