Failure to accept registration key

Run installation from download

GeoCon does not recognise registration details

Reg No c & p from email

OS Windows XP Pro

Does the unusual format of the registration key [name then number on the next line have any bearing]

Any thoughts would be appreciated :roll:

Only the number should entered on the key line. Name goes above on user line.

I am running into the same problem but i put my name on the first line only and the second line, only the reg code........... what the heck???

Hello William,

I would have send you the key without asking, but you were the last with the wrong key, just after you had purchased, the keygen was changed by shareit. (at 15:30!, means over 8 hours after I had told them from the problem per phone). So I thought, that you had recieved the right key.

The email with the right key is on the way.
