Update to Version 1.1

This update is mostly a bugfix:


When changing to terrain shape panel, the zoom was lost
Wrong preview, when loading project settings
Crash when, after a cut, it was switched to project and then back to terrain panel and then the brush was used
After a cut, the project view was not refreshed
Error message, when a preset with system erosion was loaded
After clearing terrain or new project the filterlist was not cleared correct
Wrong center of brush in upper left corner
Crash when terrain was exported as ter file on some systems
After a cut, the flowmaps were wrong and so not usable
Loading a terrain setting or preset could cause a crash, when the start level was greater than the terrain. Now the startlevel is always set to zero
When using the cut tool, filter settings were not stored
Improvements:

The cut tool does no longer move on the grid
Flowmaps, when more than one erosion system filter is used
Flowmaps were bad, when using a brush
