Old presets

When you load an old preset, generate the terrain then load a different old preset: the 2nd works as a filter for the first preset. Without erasing the first terrain as the current version.
Is it a bug or a new feature ?

Well, presest and terrain settings loading is generalized, which means, that the "Features" and "Protection" sliders are set so, as they were saved.
I see now, that there is more than one preset, that have not the correct settings.

What you see here working, is the effect of the protection slider, and sometimes, the features slider is also far away from sense.
Please correct those presets, which are "urgent" for you, and very important, add a comment by new saving them, and write in the comment your name.
I think, to sort the presets by authors was not a so good idea. They should better be sorted by the general form of the landscape, and then, the author shoudl be shown in the menu.

So at all, it is a build in feature: You can load a different preset, set the protection slider at a higher level, and they are mixed.
