In the Terrain tab/brush folder in the brush settings area, the Power of Level Manipulation slider default value is incorrect.
1. Open a new file and switch to the brush tab.
2. Look in the Brush Tab/brush settings look at the Power of Level Manipulation slider.
3. The Value shows "100" and the slider is close to the left side .See attached image.
4. Now move the slider to the right, you would expect the value to go up from 100.
5. The value actually goes down.See attached image.
The default value of this slider (100) is out of sync with the slider location.
