3D Render bug

Strange behaviour in the 3D render. My project is as follows:

A 2 layer project with one layer of mesa hills, and a second of dunes. When I render these as a project, I get the following image:

The projects do not work proper, I have disabled the project panel for the next build. So at time, only work with not layered terrains.
