2D zoom with 8192 terrains

Johannes, is the zoom setup to operate fully on 8192 terrains? I ask because the 2D view goes black after zoom level 499.

Here it is working correct. There might be a memory problem.
How much ram do you have?

I've got 4GB on this one so it's almost certainly not that. Things seem to be a little unpredictable when working with 8192- that's my experience so far anyway. More testing ahead.

Yes, that may be.
I had reduced the memory usuaga a lot, but the new features added new memory usuage.

Testing it now, I've had no problems with the 8192- I've got no other apps open- so it could have been that. The zoom is also fixed. :)
