Normalmaps Bug in build 16

Hi!

Normalmap export doesn't work anymore in build 16
Every time I try to export a map it results in a flat map.
Only when springs are used I get some information where the rivers are.
The rest is flat anyway.

Ups, with cleaning up the code I had deleted a variable definition.....
Fixed for next build.
