Riverland / River and lake nearly finished

That's it! Now I am satisfied....and proud of this tool.

One spring, no more, but whole terrain (4096) as area. A bit isolines, for getting a nice sloped valley.
I used here the new limiter and river wideness. The base algorithm is also improved and so is the border smoothing.
At all, this was really simple and easy landscape work with the "isolines" and the "river and lake" tool.

I will be cool to use Geo Control's terrains in Terragen 2.

That river (with its siderivers) looks really great and natural!
I suppose ' the new limiter and river wideness' is for the next release...
