GeoControl build 22

This is mostly a bug fix. You must have installed Build21, this setup only changes the geocontrol.exe and the language files.

I hope that now pw and filter work all over correct.

Added:
A small little checkbox in the iso panel: "autogenerate".
If you check this box, after every release of the mouse, while drawing isolines, the terrain is updated. With terrain sizes of 512 and smaller this works very good, nearly real time!!
It is much more fun to work with isolines.
If you have some filters in use in the low levels (like a river and lake in level 128) you can disable the filter while drawing, using the checkbox in the terrain panel "deactivate" filter. Only, you should not forget to uncheck the "deactivate" after drawing is done.

Can I add my voice to this - the new tools are great. Have had some fun with the road tool and can see many creative uses for it besides roads.
