Build 22 Timed Out, Small Installer Size

I just installed Build 22.
I double clicked the executable and entered my Name and Serial Number.
The attached warning appeared, saying that version is already older than 30 days old.



I also noticed the downloaded installer is much smaller than usual.
The installer for Build 21 had a filesize of 7774 KB.
The Build 22 installer is only 983 KB.
Is that correct?

Please read always the annoucement carefully.
This update does only work, if build 21 was installed.

So, you first have to download build 21, uninstall the actual build, then install 21 and after that install 22.

I had build 21 installed, but uninstalled it before installing Build 22.
