Is it possible for me to use GeoControl 2, or do I have some special agreement with Cajomi?

1. When will GC2 be released aprox?

2. The heightmap I attached shows that it's already an island. I would like to just "zoom out" a bit so the mountains are not cut of. Is that possible?
