Getting GC2

I've been wanting to buy GC2 for quite some time now. I am however a little confused on what I should do to get ahold of gc2.. If I buy gc1, do I still get access to gc2 during the testing of it or was that just for previous owners of gc1? And would it cost me more to do it that way than wait for the GC2 pre-order to come around? (If so, when do you expect the shop to go online?)

All GC1 owners, no matter when the bought GC1, have access to the time limited pre-releases.
After GC2 is purchasable, only GC2 owner will have access to the further builds of GC2.

There is no price difference, if you buy now GC1 and upgrade afterwards to GC2 or you wait, and buy GC2 full.
