Only For one year?

Purchased Geocontrol last year about this time (April 27th). All of sudden on that day but now 2008, its requiring a Registration number. I did email about the problem and still waiting.

As you might have seen, Cajomi has had an accident so will likely be out of action for a few weeks. Just so you know you might not get a reply for a while.

I can't say as I've heard of this happening to anyone else though. Is it possible the file with the license in it has become corrupt or been deleted? Did you reinstall recently? Check all the other possibilities just in case. Try re-entering your serial number, see if that takes.

yes, I reinstalled also Problems with number not taking, I even have the receipt printed out.

Ok..I really do not know how long Cajomi going to be away. But from the looks of the way the forum is going. I feel he is in pain, and going to be away for awhile longer. I know what it is like, and could be away for months. But I need to ask, when you get a reciept (I keep staring at it). Where is the serial number on the form? I purchased this software ($100.00), on the date last year, and all of a sudden on the same date this year (A year later), the software requested the user name and then serial number. Worked all ok, until right on purchase date (1 year). I keep getting ..."Licence Name, number is wrong. Try again later."

On my bill, it doesn't show where serial number is. I really do not know how I got this software to function from this bill now. But the number is on it. Confused..

IIRC the serial number is on a separate email that you're sent by the place it's bought from.

But I could be wrong. I'd look through your emails and check for others from there though. Just in case.

Hi Robo,
I think you installed the Beta of GC2, which we had prolonged for now 2 months. You will find it at announcements. It is the build31.
I hope that will work.

Reinstalled windows about a month ago. Never installed the (Beta) builds that I was getting in the emails. Hoping for the release to purchase GC2. I know how good the program is. So, I didn't install the builds. Was using CG no problem, then the one day all of a sudden, required Username and number. Weird..I have my billing statement, thinking the number is to be on that. I feel I am screwed. I feel I have to purchase another, but if that is the case. I will wait for CG2 instead.

I will check out to help you. But just today it will be impossible. Never heard about such a problem. It will take until next week, to find out, what going wrong. So please keep patient.

Well, I really in need to use my purchased copy of GeoControl. If I need to show my receipt I will bring it up. Waiting for my Serial number, that I lost.

I purchased version 1 a few weeks ago and today I purchased the upgrade to version 2. I also moved to a new computer.

I cannot find the installer for version 1. Where I can I download that (I assume that the file is different than the demo?)

I have yet to receive my serial number for version 2 but I assume that will come soon?

However, I still don't have the link to download version 1 (which I think I need before I can install my upgrade?).
