GeoControl Build 31
It is done. The Build 31 is prolonged up to june.
It was great luck to us all, that Johannes was able to help me, as I was able to help him. So good luck for you all with the build 31.

Nice one! Even though I don't think a single user here minded due to the circumstances, you guys still worked at it. Now that's impressive support for a program!

Vielen Dank
Schöne Pfingsten und gute Genesung!
Übrigens haben Fred und Freak größere
Umstellungen an Purebasic vorgenommen.
Die 64bit Version kommt bald und auch
eine MacOs X86 Version. Großem Terrain
steht kein Speicherengpaß mehr im Wege.
Vielen Dank und alles gute! Die 64Bit Neuigkeiten sind ja super!

@lemo
Damit das niemand falsch versteht.
Mein Text war an Manfred und Johannes gerichtet.
Er enthält keine Aussage über GeoControl,
sondern nur über die neueste Entwicklung
bei Purebasic.
Very impressive!
Thanks Johannes and Manfred.

You really shouldn't have... ...but I am glad to be able to use GeoControl again (with Cinema 4D, the 16-bit support didn't show up until the version 2 betas and that's what makes it worth using). Thank you Manfred and get well quickly, Johannes.
Teamwork!
Thanks :)

Hi,
Someone has noticed that Build 31 has disabled itself?
I was using it on a project. And thankfully I finished the shot I needed yesterday night.
But now I cannot do any corrections to the project files if I need too.
Any ideas when Johannes is going to publish the new build?
Thanks in advance,
David
I didnt know these Betas had a time limit. Mine just expired:(

All GC2 betas have a time limit of one month (in one case it was, if I remember well, 6 weeks).
Sorry, but whoever uses any still-in-development program for production purposes looks for trouble... and Murphy says that he is going to find them!

I heard that advice so many times, and it is SO wrong. What happens when the characteristic you want to use it is only present in the beta? In my case was the road tool.
Has saved me a lot of hours of work usng it! :)

My version 31 has expired . What to do then? I very much like this kind of interruption not to happen when I am working on a project.
I really think GC is for me the best terrain editor I've ever used, but this process of expiry is some sort of a drag for me too, alas.
Best wishes and happy week-end to everyone.
