Need help =(

I purchased GeoControl a few days ago, and still haven't received a serial number or link to DL the product. No answer to emails. I understand about the illness issues but if the store is open and orders are being taken I would assume someone would eb sending out the product.
Anyone have any ideas how I can get it?

Sorry, for the delay.
Because I am not able to give techical help, I only take a look once a week at bug reports, to talk about that with Johannes.
But of course I check GeoControl 1 International // Problems, because that is the place for problems with registration and so on.

Normally the requested information will be sent by the shop. Don't know what is going wrong there.
So please give me the informations you keyed in for buying.
