Geological Learning/books

Hi All,

just joined this forum/community.. and am immediately impressed with the amount of knowledge displayed regarding geological processes. To get to the point, I have no such background. Can anyone recommend some good enthusiast level books on the subject?
(ie. different kinds of erosion, sediment buildup processes, larger scale land feature formations, etc.)
