Help! My GC2 Purchase evaporated into thin air

Hi

I just purchased a GC2 upgrade license following cajomi's email ... this was successful but I did not receive a confirmation email of payment or of purchase, and I cannot log in to download the file - my email address is rejected by the site.

Has anyone else had this problem?

Maybe I purchased it on a "visitor account" but how do I access my file and serial number?

Hi Johannes.

I'm trying to buy GC2 Pre-relase via Credit Card option, but i didn't found any form that allows to insert Credit Card data as card supplier/broker (Visa, American Express,Paypal), card number, expiration date and so on.

Besides, when i reach Confirmation Page, the Confirm Button is missed when i choose Credit Card as Payment method.

Am i doing something wrong?

I can not risolve your problems, when I have only your nickname. When you have buy the product and you have not receive a confirmation email, than send me an email to shop@geocontrol2.com with your right name. So I can look for your purchase and send you an registration key.

I bought GC2 upgrade minutes ago.
I´ve got no problems!
I downloaded GC2 right after filling out the formulars.
Creating an account is better then buying as guest, so you can have a look at your account and see your orders. There you can download them, too.

Yes, but the point is I cannot log in - my email address is not recognised. So i don't seem to have an account to log in to so I can download the files.

I did receive a confirmation email, and I have now been sent an email with teh serial, but still no account, or file to download.

It looks like the store needs its own registration. It does not use the same system as the Forum.

So you need to create a fresh store account.

I also have a problem. I registered at the store, purchased the upgrade, but was never given the opportunity to download the software. I have received a purchase confirmation e-mail and license code e-mail, but I can't find a way to download the file. I tried logging back into the store, but still no place to download.

Hi,

when you enter with your account, you con go to "your account" and there is the button "my orders view" --> and there is the downloadbutton.

I'm having the same problem as mauronen. There does not appear to be any place to enter the credit card information.

Here is a screenshot of the bottom half of the Method of Payment page.
The only thing to click on is the Continue button which brings me to the Confirmation page.

Ok Johannes and Carl.
Seems that credit card issue is due web browser. When i've had this issue i'd using IEv6.0. So i tried to use another web browser (Firefox) and all gone fine.

you accept the general bussnis conditions and click continue. Then you are on a new page with credit card boxes.

thank you for this information. I will solved this problem as soon as possible.

The credit card box is an i-frame, because the informations for the credit cards are keyed.
Firefox had not problems but IE.
