I gave up on getting info about upgrade GeoControl so I ordered full version. I established an account at GeoControl.shop and purchased full version advertised at 119 eur with credit card.

I received email confirming new account.

I received email of order number. (order # 120 )

I downloaded it. It will not install without key code. I emailed at shop contact address about needing the key code. It has been 3 days since the download.

I viewed my account at GeoControl.shop. It says my order is pending with a charge of 100,00 eur. I am in USA so language translations are poor. I don't understand why the account shows pending when payment was made and approved on credit card.

Why has no one emailed me? Or responded to questions? I used every contact address and now forum to understand what is problem. I received the two ebot emails okay so I know they have my correct email.

Does anyone have a suggestion? Or can help me get an answer to what is going on.

Hi,

the email is going out to you three hours after buying. I dont now why you have not recived it. I have send you just a new key.

Second key code not received.

I checked spam folder also. What email address do you want me to contact you. Then you reply to my email address. I have only received GC.shop confirmation and order confirmation yet.

I have verified jr@cajomi.de is in my email allowed list. Key code is not getting to me. It must be going somewhere else.

I do not want to post my email here. I will send you another email from my address. Please copy paste to your records.

I just sent myself same email as sent to you and verified my email address has no problems.????????????????????????????????????

I think my internet server may be blocking emails as spam. BellSouth was absorbed by AT&T and changed some internet features and settings. They may have defaulted to screening for spam.

I have spam blocking on my PC that was set to allow messages from rj@cajomi.de but the internet server may have been blocking incoming emails before it even reached me. I turned off spam blocking at server level. So try sending email again.
