Would Like to Upgrade to GC2

I would like to upgrade to GC2 but I cannot get through your security during login. For some reason, you never seem to recognize my email address: nittanylion@sbcglobal.net. You used to send me newsletters and notices of updates. So, I know I'm in your database. When I request my "forgotten" password, which I thought I knew; I have it recorded, I can't get past your security code. Please help. My site registration username is Lightwaver.
