I have been trying for hours & keep getting Credit Card declined. I've called the CC company & they had the block removed(since the charge appeared in Euros it was flagged as fraud). I called again & they said the block has been removed - so what gives here :/ I keep getting the same error message at checkout w/the same CC reason.

I went to the contact us but I get a page 404 error.

Hi,

we have look for your problem and we have found this error message:"bank name: <name not available>, UNITED STATES (US)"
We can also see, that you have try several times.
It is the first one that we have this error and we have a lot of US-costumers.
Today is saturrday and we can not reach somone by heidelpay, our ECommerce provider for asking a solution. We are very sorry. Monday we phone with them and we mail you the answer.

Lots of problems for me too.

I get this message:
Error Code: CC.DB.70.95

I also had problems because it seemed like the store wanted to treat me as a new user even though I had purchased before.

I could not purchase.

I too am getting a similar error along the lines of CC.DB.70.95, when attempting to purchase GC2.

Country of origin: USA. I was using a Bank of America Visa card. There was no reason to get refused, financially speaking. Any help would be appreciated.

Following up - I was in contact with my bank, and once I approved the transaction (it had been tagged as possible fraud), I was able to purchase the product without issue.
