I am working on a project in build 42 and I would like to close the program and reopen it and start from were I left off.
How do I do this?
Not being able to save a project just seems odd to me.

It was quite hard at the beginning too. I think I can help:
Try clicking in the Project Tab and try saving it. I think it'll solve it.

Were exactly is this save button when project tab is active?

Since you click in the Project's tab, go to file and then save...I'm new to this forum. Is that any way to put images in the posts?

Please make note we are talking about build 42.
In build 42 all that is in project menu is close. In build 41 there is a save option.
Were exactly are you seeing file? Upper left hand corner of app or in the projets tab because I dont see " File" anywere.

No problem I figured you were in build 41. I rolled back to build 41 as well. I am just finding build 42 to make no since. Thank you for trying to help.

I hope I'm understanding you correctly, but here goes:
In my copy of GC2, build 42 I use the "Save/Load Multi Terrainsettings" buttons to save/load my work. These are located in:
1) The Generation tab
2) The Multi sub-tab
3) The General sub-sub-tab
I hope this is what you're looking for.
I do wish cajomi would focus an upcoming release on a full redesign of the GUI :)
Cheers.

Ohhh... OK, jeeze, and I just posted a new thread on this subject, cuz I just reinstalled my programs and GC2 build 42 and thought, whoa, wait, where is the Project Load/Save buttons at?!
So, since I am now on W7 I thought maybe that might of been the problem, that I just wasn't seeing anything for the windows 7 issues or something, but looks li8ke that answer is nope, it's just the GC2 interface.
Thanx for the info adreamer, that was what I was just searching for :)
Now I can get back to relearning GC2, since it's been quite a while since I've had a chance to really get to play with the program.
............md :)
