I imported height map from other program, picked some preset, keep seed, then generate and it modified the imported heighmap (works great). This worked in GC1, in GC2 build 41, but in GC249 it completly destroys imported height map, or make some total nonsense (blank field).

I am sorry, I dont understand what do you mean :)

I noticed some other wierd behaviour. I have experimental 16bit "map" flattened at 1000m (max height 2000m), there are some mountains (to cca 1100), some valleys (to cca 900m). I load some preset, import this map to GC2 41, check keep seed, click generate. It optically works OK, it applyes filters on this map.

But when I import that map back to my game engine, the height information is messed, that flattened area is around 500, peaks of mountain 2000 and so on.

In GC1 it works perfecly, no problem with reimport.

I tried again in GC2 49, it works like i described, that mean it generates empty map, i am using same workflow as in 41 build.

Okay, I have a look.
But meanwhile, you swith between "General" and "Filter" tab, and all is shown.
